The focus of the Jewish-world office consists of three main areas

Directly to the Jewish people of Ukraine and Eastern Europe: Simply serving and blessing the Jewish people by meeting their felt needs. This encompasses believing Jews and non-believing Jews and could include anything from home group meetings to helping the elderly with meals or anything else God might raise up.

The Church: Helping to build bridges between the Christian church and the Jewish community both Messianic and Orthodox. Bringing a deeper understanding to the Gentile portion of the church concerning God’s intentions for Jewish/Christian relationships and the “one new man”.

Youth With A Mission: To see YWAM advance God’s heart for the Jewish people and see YWAM become a welcoming place where Jewish believers can come and be involved in world missions, sharing their faith in Messiah in a Jewish context.

Within each of these areas there is no limit to the possible ministries that can be started. We see the JWO in Ukraine as an office that will help facilitate many different ministries to and for the Jewish people.

We are dedicated to:

• seeing Jewish and Gentile believers reconciled to each other and walking together as the “one new man”/the Body of Messiah
• seeing YWAM advance God’s heart for the Jewish people
• seeing the Jewish people know their Messiah, Yeshua

Some specific goals and strategies:

• To receive and facilitate teams who desire to minister to local Jewish communities
• To run a DTS with a Jewish Messianic expression, in order to equip and mobilize Jewish believers into global missions
• To run a School of Jewish Studies in order to equip YWAMers with tools necessary to minister to the Jewish people in a culturally relevant way
• To partner with Messianic congregations and other churches and ministries (both in and outside of YWAM) who are interested in ministry into the Jewish World
