It all started with a non-descriptive business card given to a YWAM team that went to pioneer a base in Lutsk.  After moving, we decided to meet with the person whose name was on the business card.  That’s how our relationship with the future producer and director of studio production “Pravda PRO” started.

So far the studio has produced more than six documentaries on subjects such as drugs, smoking, AIDS, alcohol, trafficking and sexual abuse which have helped many people to see the truth and make positive life-changing decisions.

“Let’s talk about family” is the next family media project of the combined efforts of YWAM Lutsk family ministry and studio production “Pravda PRO”. Today, “Pravda PRO“ has already completed the shooting of the first two episode of the series, called “Love” and “Understanding” respectively. You can watch both of them by clicking here.

According to Alyona Yukhymchuk, the project’s producer, “this project is made because there is a great need in it. Many post-Soviet families lack information on how to build and sustain relationships within marriage. This project’s goal is to reveal the true source of love, through which people would find strength, so that they could apply the principles of a family life and have a happy and a successful marriage.”

Our project consists of 11 episodes, each on a different topic.  We will be talking about the importance of love, trust, respect and understanding as the pillars of family relationship.  We will also show six characteristics of a healthy family: commitment to family, spending time together, expressing appreciation, communication, conflict resolution and spiritual commitment. Our house of relationship is built on the only one solid foundation: God.
